NMSI has established a collaborative force of innovators to deliver full design/build/equip/train and support services for the development of locally appropriate healthcare infrastructure. NMSI is currently delivering:

  1. Six new 120-bed district hospitals and multi-storey staff accommodation at the existing Takoradi-European Hospital under a $175 million contract with the Ministry of Health, Ghana

  2. 108 Health Centres and three 200-bed District Hospitals under a $300 million contract for the Ministry of Health, Zambia

Project success is assured by the creation of a highly organized and structured plan of action, developing a safety plan, analyzing work and patient area flows and phasing work to minimize disruption of existing healthcare operations and ensure smooth transition of new systems.
